What You Really Get
* Weekly online 60-90 minute meetings that combine commitment check-ins, peer coaching, and co-working
* Pods of 2-3 people to build trust and connection, to focus on what you need in the moment. They’ll rotate so you build real relationships across the whole group
* Short somatic or nervous system practices that open and close sessions
* Between session check-in space (Signal) to celebrate wins, ask for in-the-moment support and share resources
* Peer coaching structures (Troika, Wise Crowds) that put collective intelligence to work on your actual problems
* An optional 1:1 session with me – before, during, or after the pilot – whenever you need it
* A private online member directory where we can have an overview of our (and others) progress, where we document the journey
Our work is trust-based by nature. The Sanctuary grows the same way – through direct referrals from people who have experienced it. There is no other marketing strategy. If it works for you, you’ll tell someone. That’s the whole plan.
I’m an internationally certified coach of almost 15 years, a jikiden reiki practitioner, and an expert facilitator who’s held space for groups to grow, collaborate, and amplify their work across cultures, careers, and consciousness.
I live between worlds too – and I’ve learned how to build in both. I’m not the content expert here. I’m the guide through it.

Will there be business or marketing support?
Maybe – it depends on the knowledge contained in the group. Members will come from a variety of business backgrounds and will bring a variety of lived experience.
Will this be focused on spiritual learning?
No. We may each bring an aspect of our spiritual practice to share with the community. Unless asked explicitly, no spiritual teaching will be given.
Do I need to already be in business to qualify for the program?
No, but making money with your offer will be one of the focuses. This group is not here to convince you to ask for money in exchange for your services. It is here to remind you that money is energy and it’s a reflection of self-worth and perceived value – so it’s important to grow the capacity to receive it for your services.
What kind of project can I bring?
A course, a healing offer, a book idea, a coaching program, a professional pivot with a clear direction – anything with a finish line that can be live at the end of 8 weeks, even if it’s the first step. Not sure if it qualifies? That’s worth a conversation before you decide.
What's the actual time commitment?
60 to 90 minutes, depending on the session (the first, fourth, and last will be longer) once a week. Everything beyond that – the work on your project, the directory check-ins, any posts on social media – is yours to decide. One session, over 8 weeks.
What are pods again?
Small trust groups of 2 to 3 people within the collective. You meet weekly, get to know each other over time, and build the kind of safety that makes honest, caring feedback possible. The pods rotate across the 8 weeks so you build real relationships with everyone in the group – not just your starting two or three.
What do I walk away with beyond the shipped project?
A circle of people who witnessed your work get made, the knowledge that you can do it again, and access to Soar sessions – regular co-working sessions with Sanctuary alumni.

We’ll meet online – October 5th at 6pm CEST EU/ 12 noon EST US/ 9am PST US and then every Monday until November 23rd.
