No, for privacy reasons and also because these sessions are for deep work and personal progress.

Only those who have attended a Sanctuary accelerator, who have experienced the alignment with higher consciousness in the group and shown integrity themselves are invited. You can feel safe that there’s no spiritual hijacking or idea ‘stealing’ here.

Life happens, that’s just how things go sometimes. You can be late up to an hour and I’ll still let you in. Do what you can with the time you have. However, no refunds or shifting hours to another month.

Again, Life happens – we can’t always control when something comes up. I’m committed to helping get higher conscious work in the world, so there are two options. One, you speak to me directly and we work out a partial refund. Two, you tell me you are wholly dissatisfied and I’ll refund any sessions that haven’t passed on the calendar.

Two hours, once a week for a month, 2 months, 4 months or half a year – whatever you’ve signed up for. You can come as often or as little as makes sense for you. There’s not refunds for missed sessions, just for unused blocks.

No pods here, but we’ll use the chatbox, breakout rooms and being together in the main room to share intentions, talk about progress and connect beyond anything transactional.

They’ll have to go through the accelerator. It’s where we build community, a shared sense of understanding and language. Trust me, it’s worth it to have a vetted group of people to hold you accountable. It’s powerful!

There’s a sample session on July 27th at 7:00 to 9:00pm CEST EU/ 10:00-12:00 PST US. The official Soar sessions will begin August 3rd (with a break on August 31st), and continue every Monday at the same time, with 4 sessions a month. Holidays will be honored – no sessions on December 28th or January 4, 2027, for example.

Office Hours are a one-hour, twice-monthly space where anyone in SOAR can drop in to ask questions, share what’s working, exchange resources, or simply be in the room with others who understand the work.

Unlike the coworking sessions, which are for heads-down working alongside each other, Office Hours is where the real conversation happens. Think of it as the hallway after class, or the chat that carries on after everyone else has left. It’s looser, warmer, and deliberately unstructured enough that it can go wherever the group needs it to go.

Depending on who shows up and what’s alive in the room, a session might look like open Q&A, a round of appreciations and resource-sharing, or a fishbowl coaching moment — where someone brings a live challenge and the group, with my guidance, holds them through it.

Where I sit with you 1:1 for 50 minutes, to reflect back on your progress, review what worked and what didn’t, and support you to take the next aligned action. Similar to a coaching session, but focused on review of your work so far.
