About Susanne

Susanne has seen what makes a team more than a collection of roles.

Through years of working with teams in tech, pharma, and beyond, she’s observed that high performance doesn’t emerge from pressure — it emerges from trust.

She recalls one particular cross-functional team that had been struggling for months. The turning point wasn’t a new strategy or tool — it was a shift in how they saw each other. Through intentional space, listening, and shared reflection, something clicked. They became more than coworkers — they became a unit.

From there, things moved quickly: ideas sharpened, ownership increased, and energy flowed. It confirmed what she had long sensed — that when a team feels seen and safe, it becomes dynamic, innovative, and accountable.
