Are you moving through perimenopause or menopause and finding it hard to name what you’re feeling?
What if the support you’ve been looking for isn’t about managing your symptoms, but about coming home to yourself?

This five-part meditation series was created for women navigating the physical, emotional, and inner changes of this profound life transition. Each practice meets a specific lived experience — and gently guides you toward its embodied counterpart.
These meditations don’t ask you to override what you’re feeling or think positively. They invite you to listen more deeply, regulate your nervous system, and rebuild trust with your body and inner rhythms.
They have been fully created using the human voice and music created by humans. This experience created without the augmentation of anything artificial is designed to be deeply impactful and sustainable on not only the material dimension, but also the energetic one.
Move through them in order, or return to the one you need most.

Designed as a progressive journey, this series moves you from reactivity and disorientation into steadiness, coherence, and reverence for your body.

Anxiety can intensify as the nervous system adapts to internal change. Through slow breathwork, grounding imagery, and gentle reassurance, this practice guides you out of vigilance and into a felt sense of stability, support, and presence.

Anger carries vital information about boundaries, truth, and self-respect. This practice supports you in meeting anger without suppression or shame — allowing it to move through the body and transform into grounded power, calm authority, and emotional clarity.

Brain fog and mental fatigue are common during hormonal transition — and they are not a personal failure. Rather than forcing focus, this practice invites the mind to soften and reorganize naturally, guiding you into calm coherence where clarity can emerge.

Grief during this season can be subtle and layered — grief for youth, identity, or chapters that are closing. This practice creates a gentle container where grief is acknowledged without being rushed, guiding you toward acceptance and quiet emotional strength.

As the body changes, resistance and self-judgment can quietly take root. This practice supports a profound shift — from managing the body to belonging within it — rebuilding an inner alliance that honors your body as the home of your life.

By the end of this course:
-
You will have a set of embodied practices you can return to again and again — not just during menopause, but throughout any season of change.
-
You’ll feel more resourced in the moments that used to overwhelm you. More steady inside the uncertainty. More trusting of your body’s wisdom, and your own.
This transition is not something to get through. It is something to move with.
I loved your beautiful workbook and the unique, wonderful process you created. I loved writing my lists on the soul cycle – it transformed the energy of each thing, seeing that everything has its cycle and how natural the cycle is. There’s no need to rush the process, or feel bad that something is in a different stage than we want it to be – everything moves through this process, and if we want it to move into another stage we can do so with intention. I could see how many things in my life have already moved through this process, instead of just focusing on where I feel stuck.
The workshop really helped me to zoom out and see what’s important, trust in the cycle and understand how to balance things and laser focus on the best outcomes this year. I really appreciate that. It’s been a lot to integrate but certainly worthwhile and helps me to feel at peace with the imminent changes on the way.
Thank you for caring enough to create and share this class and its exercises with us. I appreciate it (and you), immensely.
Thank you for the calmness you bring with your course.
