The Sanctuary:
a safe, compassionate, insight and energy-filled space – for Souls who recognize it’s time to step forward and strengthen their connection to their inner power. Because the world needs healers.
In this sacred space we’ll normalize being Souls on a human journey. We will cultivate a community of spiritual partners as we evolve.
Together we’ll create a healing collective.
Many of us have been going through personal transformations in the last few years. We may not have chosen the moment the journey began, but we always have a choice about how the path unfolds.
One of my favorite stories about transformation is about a lobster (I know – it’s weird, but stay with me). Lobsters have soft squishy bodies that grow, but their shells are hard protective things that do not. When a lobster has outgrown its shell, to escape the pinching and constriction of an unmoving shell, it must find something sharp to crack it open on, and slip out unprotected. Then it needs to find a safe place to regrow a new shell.
It is uncomfortable (often painful) to shift to a higher vibration, to shift our frequency – and it’s normal to feel vulnerable and lost. We might even have physical pain. It’s natural to want to go back to an unproductive situation, because it is a ‘known’ one.
I know this so well from almost 15 years as a professional coach, and more than 50 years of lived experience as a Human!
But the planet is already moving to a higher vibration, most of us recognize and sense this in some way. There is no going back – only forward. Only through.
Separation from the ‘known’ for the ‘unknown’ – even if we sense it is the right path – is simply uncomfortable. But that’s what we signed up for on Earth school. It is our greatest source of growth and Soul evolution.
I see it around me in many of the beautiful Souls I have attracted into my circle. They are feeling a bit lost, then amazed at their power of insight and influence, and then disappointed or disconnected. But these are cycles along the path.
It’s easier to recognize it is all part of the journey when you see others going through the same thing, even if the form or function is slightly different. We are all unique individuals, yet have parallel paths.
And we are all connected.
I have always been appreciated for how I build community. It is a part of my energetic design and dharma to do so and I have learned to be proud of that. I have also understood it is part of my purpose – to build a safe space, an energetic birthing arena, for Souls who are waking up and discovering their power.
Just as I know in my deepest heart, that I create what I need with the Universe, I believe we are all co-creators. We require a space to build that inner knowing and integrate it into our lives in the present.
And then live it as our most shining and beautiful Selves.
